COVID Contingency and Procedure for project periods
TOHU standard Covid Procedure while at venues/marae in person:
Permission given by venue and venue COVID procedures received and adhered too.
TOHU procedures include:
KN95 Masks to be work at all times
QR Covid app to be scanned in by all personnel when at a venue or place of gathering.
Social distancing of approximately two metres maintained at all times
All artistic and production personnel will need to be double vaccinated and show Vaccination pass on arrival to selected venues/marae.
Records of arrivals and departures will be strictly kept by our Producer.
Additional Covid-19 protocols for in person sessions
All Wananga and Rehearsals are vaccine pass accessible ONLY.
A high quality mask must be worn on arrival to all Wananga or Rehearsal sessions (both by the visitor and the host)
Physical distancing of 2 metres is to be adhered to at all times – inside or out. This does not apply for close collaborators who are already sharing accommodation.
Wananga sessions are to happen outside whenever possible
If your meeting is outside and you want to remove your mask, you need to be settled in first at a 2 metre distance. Both parties must agree and be comfortable with this. (If either party wants to keep a mask on, that is a good indication they’d like you to keep yours on too!)
If inside, masks must be worn at all times
If inside, all doors and windows are to be left open throughout
Hand sanitiser is to be used by all parties on arrival
If you would like an N95 mask provided, let our TOHU team know.
Contingency Plans:
As a result of our wananga being online and at Tokaanu at selected periods with a small team of 8 or less we will minimise the impact of COVID 19 on all participants and venue staff. TOHU Productions will produce and manage all personnel as part of the wananga series and ORO presentation under strict Covid 19 safety procedures during the next 4- 6 month period or until traffic light protocols are adapted by the NZ Government
